Custom Header Configuration

All the pages you create appear in the navigation at the top. However, if you wish to exclude a page from the list, you can easily do that from Header Options in the Admin Panel under Theme Settings. Then comes the featured magazine/news headline section in the header which can be displayed either on all pages or you can choose to display it on the homepage only.

Featured Content

In the header section, you can feature the images from posts in a Plasma Display Panel or feature a video or your latest blog article with tags - whatever you wish to use. This, along with the tabs and the tag cloud make navigating through the site a breeze. These tabs can be configured to show as a category and list the posts in it with title and brief description. These options are provided in the Header Configuration in the theme options.

Widget Configuration

You can integrate your Entrecard, Twitter and flickr accounts with your blog simple by entering your usernames. Widgets options allow you to choose how many twitter updates or images from your flickr Photo-Stream you want to display. The cool thing about the widgets in NEWSLive theme is that they resize automatically depending upon whether they are in the smaller or the bigger sidebar.

Managing RSS Feed Subscriptions

You can choose to manage your feeds using your feedburner account. If not, the default WordPress feed setup is always there for you. Managing your feed subscriptions was never any easier.
